Our holiday flat, located in house no. 3 at the front edge of the holiday village, impresses with its ground-level access. The car park (no. 304) is located directly in front of the entrance.

From the living room you can access a spacious balcony, which extends around the east and south side and offers a great view over the roofs of the holiday village and the panorama of the town of Hauzenberg. From here you can even admire the nearby Staffelberg, while on clear days you can even see the Alps on the horizon.

The living-dining room of the "Freudensee" holiday flat (30 m²) welcomes you with a cosy atmosphere. A dining table with 5 chairs invites you to enjoy meals together, while a modern sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (160 x 200 cm) offers a place to sleep. A large-screen TV, a hi-fi Dolby surround system and a Playstation are available for your entertainment. A DVD player, a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and board games promise relaxing hours, even in bad weather.
