In the house there is an indoor swimming Pool and in summer the swimming Pool at the house is put into operation. The natural bathing lake Freudensee is only about a 10-minute walk from our holiday apartment. 

Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m.
Departure should be no later than 10:00 a.m. The apartment is cleaned for new guests between 10:00 and 15:00. If you want to leave later for important reasons, please contact us in good time.

The following booking conditions apply to our holiday apartment in the Bavarian Forest:

Deposit 30% upon booking.
Final payment 4 weeks before arrival.
The deposit of 100 € will be refunded approximately 14 days after departure (if no defects are found).

If two adults book, children up to 10 years are free.
A high chair can be hired subject to availability. A travel cot/cot can be found in the storage room in the holiday apartment. A linen package for the child is not included in the price for children up to 10 years. Please inform us in good time if a laundry package is needed for the child.

Unfortunately, pets such as dogs are not allowed in the holiday apartment.

The shared price for the holiday apartment depends on the time of cancellation;

• from 3 months before the start of the rental period 30% of the amount agreed for the rental.
• from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period 50% of the amount agreed for the rental,
• from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period 80% of the amount agreed for the rental
• from 2 weeks before the start of the rental period 100% of the amount agreed for the rental

Bavarian Forest holiday apartment – short overnight stays

Short stays are only possible on request and in the low season. If you stay for only 1 night, an expense allowance of EUR 15,-  will be charged.

• Minimum stay in high season: 5 nights.
• Minimum stay in low season: 3 nights.

Please hand it in at reception or ask the owner. If you wish, we can send the lost property to your home freight collect.

Please leave the apartment clean on the day of departure. Please put the dishes back in.

The key for the holiday apartment is in the key safe right by the door of holiday apartment no. 1203 in Haus Freudensee (the house next to the swimming Pool).
You will receive the number code in good time before your arrival by e-mail or telephone.

If not included in the booking, it is to be paid at the tourist information in Hauzenberg.

• Children under 6 years are free.
• From 16 years - € 0.60 per person/day,
• Children 6 to 15 years - € 0.40 per person/day

Before your arrival, the beds will be made and the towels and tea towels will be provided for you. If your family needs the sofa bed for the night in the living room, the bed linen and towels will also be stored in the living room.

Sauna and swimming Pool are in or at our house 12 (see plan). The door to the swimming Pool and Sauna area is opened with the key bracelet with chip belonging to the apartment.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to give the key bracelet back or leave it in the apartment before you leave. There is only one key bracelet for each apartment.

For reasons of hygiene, diaper babies are only allowed in the indoor Pool with an aqua diaper. Additional bed linen and towels are available for a small fee (please notify us in good time)

There are dumpsters at the end of the courtyard (to the right of reception).
Please bring your rubbish to the containers, separated into residual rubbish, glass, cans and paper. Packaging and other recyclables must be disposed of in the residual waste or brought directly to the recycling center in Hauzenberg, as unfortunately there is no waste disposal for this in Hauzenberg.

In the interest of all guests of the Adalbert Stifter holiday village, we ask you to keep quiet after 10 p.m.

Grilling in the apartment and on the balcony is not permitted. You can set up a grill near the outdoor Pool on the concrete slabs. Please be considerate of other guests when smoking.

Internet use within the Hauzenberg holiday village is free of charge. It is a shared WiFi for all apartments. You should therefore definitely select the "public WLAN" settings for this WLAN, even if you enter a password. The same security rules apply as for any open WLAN. Please do not access Internet TV or films via the WLAN, as this disrupts the Internet traffic in all apartments. The WiFi network and the associated password can be found in the house book.
